We have many different methods to offer you for personalisation of your garments. All methods are carried out in house. Once you speak to us and let us know your requirements we can offer you the best solution for your requirements and budget. We can supply samples and also create new designs above and beyond your corporate logo. Embroidery: This is the highest quality method of personalising. We use computer aided embroidery machines to embroider your logo/wording onto a garment. Embroidery comes with a set up charge as we have to convert your computer image (jpeg, pdf, esp, ai) into a digitised format that the embroider machine can read and use as a map. The machine will then embroider the stiches in the correct colour in the correct place. The avaerge logo is between 3-6 thousand stitches while a school creast could be as large as 14-20 thousand. Garment Heat Pressing: Having your garments heat pressed gives you a detailed crisp print design to garments with a low set up charge insureing that small projects can be completed to a small budget. Traditionally used for sports kits where the print quantity will normally be low - heat pressing is an ideal print method for small orders. |
