Can I order less than the minimum quantity?

Here at Biz Image we aim to assit companies so we do not have a minimum quantity order. However we will recomend to you if we find that by ordering a different quantity you will have a better cost per item.

We specialise in custom promotional products, and uniforms which are produced in larger quantities. As such, our facilities are set up to mass produce these items quickly. Thus it is not always feasible or economical to produce small orders without additional costs.

In order to customise products, we must set up our production facilities to produce your specific item with your specific artwork, and as such there are additional material costs.

Production beings 1 business day after you approve the electronic mockup (proof) that our art team will send to you after you have sent your artwork to us.

Your card will be charged once you place your order. Please note that we are able to cancel and issue a full refund as long as you request to cancel your order before step 3 in our process (before approving the item mockup/proof). We charge you when you place your order.

Yes we do sell blank items at a discounted price. Please contact us for pricing for blank item pricing.

Please include the date you require your items by when you place an order. Usually we are able to get items to customers in less than 5 business days unless specified. If you require items sooner we will do our very best but rush fees may apply (in this case we will contact you with a revised invoice before moving forward)

Yes we are a VAT registered business and all our invoices will include VAT - please be aware that prices are quoted subject to VAT.

Our in house graphic design team can complete any design service you may require - including new logo designs.
