Trays are manufactured from 3mm aluminium sheet.

Sizes: Minimum size is 120mm x 120mm x 15mm. Maximum size in one piece is 2950mm x 1425mm x 50mm, portrait or landscape or any size in between. Larger sizes achieved by multiple panels, with either flex plates or interlocking clip extrusion along the joins.

Colour: All of our trays can be supplied mill finish, mill finish prepped for painting or powder coated to one of our 107 stock RAL or BS colours, alternatively for something a little different, we have a range of wood or marble effect paint finishes available.

Shapes: Our aluminium trays can be cut to almost any shape with the returns seam welded and dressed to finish them off, all we need is a vector file to cut from.

Fixings: Aluminium angle is available with all trays for wall mounting and can be supplied with colour coded rivets or screws.

Fret Cutting: With investment in the latest CNC routing machinery we have the capability to fret cut from the face of our sign trays most lettering for internal back illumination, even incorporating logos and odd fonts.

Illumination: Wall mounted trays can also be supplied with the fret cutting backed with acrylic for illumination with our range of SLOAN LED's.

Size
For ease of production our projecting trays are manufacture with 60mm returns, giving an overall width of 120mm within reason they can be manuctured to almost any size, although we would not reccomend them to project more than about 700mm.Colour
Supplied mill finish for inhouse painting or alternatively supplied powder coated to one of our 107 stock RAL or BS Colours.

Fret Cutting
With a supplied AI or EPS file we are capable of fret cutting and acrylic backing your projecting sign ready for illumination.

Illumination
These projecting signs can be supplied ready for your own lighting or come complete, including our own SLOAN LED's (please refer to our LED's page for more information.

Powder coated white from stock. Powder coated to one of 107 stock RAL or BS colours or in your client's corporate colour. Special marble or wood effect paint finishes or mill finish for you to paint

LEDS

Cut Letters
With BizSigns cut letters you can assemble a wide variety of letters or logos to a style and colour combination that will suit your client's specific requirements.
We offer you one complete solution to your illuminated sign needs, leaving you no more than the installation to arrange. We even supply a template to ensure simple mounting.
Choose the colour of your aluminium base from our off the shelf range, or a mill finish base for powder coating. Then decide on either an acrylic face and trim for forward lighting, or for a halo effect we plate the face and enclose the back with an opal acrylic. This not only diffuses the light, to soften the light output (no 'spotting'), but also provides a mounting location.
Manufactured in aluminium with acrylic faces and plastic trim, ready for installation. Available in a range of off the shelf colours or they can be powder coated to any standard RAL or BS colour. Fast delivery - automated production means greatly reduced lead times. Significant cost reductions over traditional hand built options. A great profit opportunity for all signmakers, opening up this market to vast numbers of end users. Using Sloan LEDs, letters can be halo lit or illuminated internally.
